 Work introduction: 
JL-CC6133 storage  system is designed to supply multiple cutting lines with tablets, and its workflow is to manually send the whole package of glass on demand to the loading area using traveling crane according to the ERP system prompts, and then the shuttle car pulls the glass out of the rack and puts it into the empty warehousing storage rack area automatically, and then according to the production demand of the cutting machine, the shuttle car sends the whole rack of glass to the upper table in front of the upper table position. When the loading table completes the task of picking up the glass, the shuttle car automatically sends the rack back to the original stock position, the original glass of the second position will be picked up by the loading table, and the glass of the second position will be returned to the storage or processed, and the shuttle car sends the glass of the first loading glass rack position to the glass of the original, and the shuttle car automatically sends the rack back to the original stock position, and the cycle is carried out, and the time of each loading or unloading is expected to be completed within 50 seconds. The cycle is carried out, and each shelving or unloading time is completed within 50 seconds, and the average time to complete the replacement of a single shelf of glass is about 4 minutes or less.
