1. Structure
Consisted of 2 sets glass loader, glass conveyer, electric control system, pneumatic and vacuum system.
1.1 The glass loader is composed of lifting & inverting device with the reducer, inverting arm and folded cupules,
etc.
One set glass loader is located in cleaning powder section and another is in combiner section. The function is lifting
the upper glass to finish the cleaning powder and combing process. The frame is welded by the wugang’s standard
bar shape, the framework is screw-coattail slot, and the shell of the reducer is made of exact aluminum casting.
The glass conveyer is composed of frame, main conveyer, belts, cylinder, tensioner, etc. The glass conveyer carries
the glass to the working position exactly; cooperate with the loader to finish the combing. The belt is high strength
imported teeth-shaped & in-phase with the supporting block. The cupules have the director to suck the glass reliably.
The electric control system includes the control cabinet, PLC (Omron), frequency inverter (ABB), contactors
(imported) and the vacuum pressure switch (imported).
1.2
The pneumatic and vacuum system is composed of solenoid pilot actuated valve, vacuum valve, vacuum
pump, and cylinder, etc.
2. Working process
When the bent didymous glass transported on the conveying rolls in the cleaning powder section touches the
pressure switch, the position cylinder will raise the glass automatically. The loader with the vacuum cupules lifts the
upper glass. The operator cleans the silicate powder by cleaner, then control the loader put the glass back, the clean
glass will be transported to the combing position. When the glass arrives the right position and waiting for the
combing cylinder rising automatically, the loader lift the upper glass, the cupules suck another piece of glass. After
the operator cleaning the glass, placing the film, the loader puts the upper glass back and left the glass. The glass will
be transported to the rubber-covered position, the position cylinder will raise the glass, the operator trims the film
and fix the rubber ring, the combing is finished.
3. Main technology character:

3.2. The loader adjusts the speed by the frequency inverter, which is reliable and stable.
3.3 High efficiency, without the conveying by the operator, reducing the cullet rate the operator’s working intensity.
The control program is empoldered by us, which is reliable and stable.

JWY series continuous pre-heating pre-press machine for laminating glass is special in manufacturing safety glass in
architecture and autos. The glass is conveyed vertically through the machine.
1. Machine Structure
This machine consist of main frame, conveyor, heating & vacuum system, air circulation system and etc.. Conveyor
is driven by chain and inverter can adjust speed. The temperature is controlled automatically by control device.
2 Working Principles
Put the combined glass vertically on glass conveyor in loading section and plug vacuum rubber piper in vacuum
valve of the conveyor and open the valve. Glass moves along with the conveyor entering heating section stably for
heating and vacuuming. When glass temperature meet the setting temperature, most of the air will be exhausted
ensuring glass achieve ideal result. When glass is conveyed to the end of the conveyor, close the vacuum valve and
pull out the vacuum rubber pipe and unloading the glass from the ends. The whole process is finished.
3 Machine features
This machine has automatic temperature control device and the speed can be adjusted freely, which is suitable to
continuously working. It can be used under all kinds of natural environment with high producing speed and finished
product rate, and not affected by the local climate. Glasses are vertically conveyed, the machine use less space and
can work more efficiently.
This machine has features of advanced design, reasonable structure, nice outlook and expert layout, which ensure
safely and reliably running.
