Features

1. Upper and lower knife cutting.   

2. The breaking glass wheel is beside the upper cutter head , auto press open the up and down glass               

3. The plane on cutter both sides is cold drawn weld , big type planomiller, high flatness! No debris .

4. It has its own spray alcohol device, which can quickly melt the PVB film and automatically separate when breaking.

Operation introduce

Set the cutting size --glass feeding --move the glass to the cutting position--cutter head start cutting --the breaking glass wheel auto press open the up and down glass --spray the alcohol --manual break

Warnings of carry and install

During the process of carry and install , the equipment should be lifted and put lightly without collision. It is forbidden to use guide rail and beam as lifting support. A level can be used to calibrate the desktop during installation, and a four-legged adjustable bracket can be adjusted to keep the desktop level.
