3. Technical description:
1) Reliable touch screen with easy operation, the system parameters can be modified any time;
2) The working status of the sensors and motors are displayed in the touch screen (input monitor), in case of a malfunction, the fault point can be easily identified;
3) Two operation modes, automatic and manual are available, each section can be controlled separately in manual mode, more convenient and brief operation;
4) ZK2500A automatic IG line includes 7 sections: input conveyor, glass washing and drying section, glass transmission and storage station; light inspection & spacer assembly station, outside assembly station, panel pressing station, output conveyor.

3. 1. Input Conveyor:

The input conveyor adopts vertical inclined structure.
Bottom transfer wheels are made of polyurethane, wear-resistant, acid and alkali resistant.
The driving speed is stepless adjusted by the frequency converter, and the glass runs stably at an appropriate speed.
With the button switch, the driver can start and stop at any time.
The Low-E film detection device checks the Low-E film side of the glass; if there is an error, the transmission stops, and the glass needs to be manually turned over to start the transmission again automatically.
3. 2. Washing and drying station:

The glass washing and drying room and water tank are made of stainless steel (normally 201, can be upgraded to 304 with extra charges) and anti-corrosion material. All bearing bases are stainless steel. The brush bearing is a self-aligning bearing with long service life and high precision.
4 pairs of transfer rubber rollers is made of high quality rubber and resistant to acid and alkali. According to the thickness of the glass, the distance between the rubber rollers is automatically adjusted;
And the drive speed is stepless adjusted by the frequency converter, so that the glass can run stably at an appropriate speed.
3 pairs of brushes be adopted for glass washing, and the first pair of brushes are hard brushes with brush hair diameter 0.2mm, and left 2 pairs are high-quality soft brushes with brush hair diameter 0.1mm. for normal glass panels washing, the 3 pairs of brushes all work and for Low-E glass washing, the first pair hard brushes be apart automatically to ensure that the Low-E film surface will not be damaged;
The 3 pairs of brushes are driven by 3 groups of motors, and the connection mode is coupling. Other manufacturers use belts instead of coupling, because the cost of belt is much lower, but the disadvantage of belt is easy to idle, and the replacement frequency is high. Using the coupling, the brush motor is directly connected with the brush, and there is no sliding phenomenon or brush motor idling phenomenon caused by the increased resistance when glass entering the brushes. Lower replacement frequency, easy maintenance.
The 3 brush motors are controlled by 3 groups of circuits respectively. The problems of any group of circuits will not affect the normal operation of other brushes.
High pressure water spraying nozzles spray water onto the glass surface and the brushes wash it; in the glass drying room, one pair of stainless steel hot wind air knives are installed at a certain angle to produce strong hot air flow, so that the two sides of the glass can be dried quickly; the air knives be equipped with circulating air and air-heating mechanism, the circulating air automatically heats the air, and the air heating can be controlled separately, when machines be used in the cold area or cold season, turn on the air heating function, it can ensure the glass drying speed, so as to ensure the work efficiency.
The water system is shown in Figure 2. The water is pumped out of the water tank, passed through the water filtering device, and then sprayed onto the glass. After cleaning with brushes, the water flows back to the water tank for recycling, which can save water.
Two water tanks are connected together, one of which is equipped with water heating device with a thermostat, which can automatically maintain the temperature; the water heating can be independently controlled, too.
Another water tank can make up water automatically to keep the water level within a reasonable range.
In order to ensure the washing quality, the water conductivity should be less than 40μs/cm (also can control the water quality with PH value less than 50).
The treated water is stored in the water storage tank, and the water tank is a part of the water treatment system, which is provided by the user.
The air system is shown in Figure 3, including an 11kw air fan, one air conditioning system and a pair of tilting adjustable air knives. The washed glass panels is blown dry by hot air when it passes through the air knives.
3. 3. Glass transmission and storage station:

03 section (glass transmission and storage section) length increased to 3660mm, equipped with 2 transmission motors, this section be equipped with 2 photoelectric switches and can automatically identify the size of glass, so as to store more glass panels, to improve the overall work efficiency.
It has two different speeds: when the glass comes out from the glass washing and drying section, the low speed is activated according to the washing speed; when the glass tail part leaves the sensor at the front-end of this section (means when the glass leave the washing speed), the high speed is activated.
The double speed not only improves the production efficiency, but also avoids the serious wearing of the conveyor wheels at the joint of 02 section and 03 section.
3. 4. Glass inspection & Spacer Assembly Station:

Appearance: made of aluminum profiles, much more beautiful.
High quality LED lamps be adopted, not only clearly identify the glass washing result, but also save energy.
The bottom conveying wheels are polyurethane rollers with wear resistance and acid and alkali resistance, supporting and conveying glass panels.
Through the stepless adjustment of frequency converter, the glass runs stably at an appropriate speed.
The glass and aluminum spacer frame positioning device is installed in this section to perform the functions of glass positioning, spacer positioning and assembly. The sealant depth can be changed by adjusting the glass side-positioning hand wheel and the bottom spacer positioning hand wheel. Spacer positioning device with springs, automatically suitable for different thickness of glass. Simple and intuitive, easy to operate.
There is the automatic glass thickness measuring mechanism in this section, too.
3. 5. Outside assembly station:

The forward and backward of front plate is controlled by servo motor, which has stable operation and high precision.
According to the automatically measured glass thickness, it can automatically adjust the stroke.

The panel pressing is controlled by Siemens brand Servo motor, synchronous belt, linear guide rails and ball screw be adopted, which can realize high accuracy automatic pressing, and no need to input glass thickness by manual, because there is the automatic glass thickness measuring mechanism.

Takes the structure of vertical inclination.
Compared with other brand IG line, the WONDEC brand IG line is with much denser conveyor rollers, makes the glass panels run more stably, and the effect is much better for tempered glass and small glass.
With polyurethane material, wear resistant, acid and alkali resistant.
Adjusted by inverter stepless, glass panels run stably at proper speed.
The pressed IG units be transported to this section after the panel pressing section, it serves as the buffer area, and can connect to the automatic sealing robot for the next processing for IG units.
