1. Autoclave Body
It is designed and manufactured in full compliance with the GB150-1998 "Steel Pressure Vessel" standard. The autoclave cover and cylinder are made of pressed/rolled Q345R steel plates, and the autoclave cover flange and autoclave body flange are integrally forged from 16Mn.
2. Quick Opening System and Safety Interlocking System
The door opening and closing system of the autoclave is designed and manufactured under the premise of ensuring maximum safety and life, and the whole system is controlled by electric. The autoclave is a pressure vessel, and the laminated glass film is easy to produce combustible gases such as dibutyl ester under high temperature and high pressure conditions. Therefore, the autoclave is a dangerous and flammable equipment, and safety protection is very important for the operation and use of the autoclave. The autoclave has complete safety protection measures:
2.1 Equipped with manual interlock and mechanical safety valve to ensure that there is air in the autoclave without opening the door, and the safety valve will automatically exhaust after overpressure.
2.2 Equipped with automatic interlocking, the autoclave door rotates with the wrong tooth travel switch in place, and the program can only start working automatically or manually; the pressure sensor detects that there is pressure in the autoclave and automatically disconnects the power supply of the door opening motor to ensure voltage-free power transmission. The door-opening motor can only be allowed to work in the non-pressure state after the exhaust in the autoclave is exhausted, and all door opening operations are carried out in the non-pressure state.
2.3 There are over-temperature and over-pressure alarms.
2.4 After overpressure and overtemperature, the control system automatically disconnects the heating power supply, stops heating and pressurization, the solenoid valve automatically exhausts and lowers the pressure, and the fan of the fan kettle automatically stops running, and the cooling system is turned on at the same time to reduce the temperature and pressure.
3. Insulation system

4. Floor supports and rails
4.1. Rail load weight: 15000kg, if overloaded, the user needs to explain otherwise.
4.2. Track form: unequal angle steel
4.3. Loading weight supported by the bottom of the kettle: 600kg, if the weight is increased, the user will explain it separately.
4.4. The support form of the bottom of the tank: non-slip checkered steel plate (4mm) autoclave.
5. Electric heating system
5.1 The heating system is composed of the main heating zone and the auxiliary heating zone. The heating elements are distributed in the tail of the kettle body and the air ducts on both sides to ensure the uniformity of the temperature in the kettle during the heating process, and at the same time shorten the heating time to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
5.2 The heater adopts a modern mid-wave infrared heating tube with a specific wavelength, the electrothermal conversion rate is above 95%, and the service life is 15,000 hours.
5.3 The conduction control of the heating element is regulated by a solid state relay (SSR) to ensure service life and stability.
6. Pressure system
6.1 Air intake and exhaust adopt pneumatic ball valves controlled by pilot solenoid valves, one for each, carbon steel structure, which can realize automatic control.
6.2 Manual control exhaust ball valve, 2 pieces, carbon steel structure.
6.3 One high-temperature-resistant special pressure sensor to ensure constant and accurate feedback of the pressure in the kettle, and the control accuracy is ±0.05KG/cm2
6.4 The pressure relief system is equipped with a muffler (used during installation, the customer chooses to purchase).
7. Heat exchange system (also known as cooling system)
7.1 Serpentine coolers are evenly distributed on both sides of the Autoclave
(inside the air duct) as auxiliary cooling. The integral galvanized seamless boiler tube + aluminum fins have high heat exchange efficiency, long service life and easy maintenance.
7.2 A surface-cooled finned heat exchanger is installed at the tail of the kettle as the main cooler, which has a large heat dissipation area and high heat exchange efficiency.
7.4 The cooling area reaches more than 120M2, which is one of the best among the same specifications in China at present.
7.5 The cooling system is specially designed with a drainage structure to prevent a large amount of steam from being generated during the heating process, and at the same time prevent the cooling system from being damaged by freezing at low temperatures.
8. Temperature monitoring components:
8.1. Air temperature thermocouple: 2 channels, PT100 thermal resistance. Participate in monitoring, data exchange, control.
8.2. High temperature limit thermocouple: 1 way, PT100 thermal resistance. Participate in monitoring and control.
8.3. Product monitoring thermocouple: 1 channel, PT100 thermal resistance, removable, participating in monitoring the temperature status of the PVB working process.
9. Vacuum piping system:
9.1. Vacuumizing pipelines are reserved in the kettle: a total of 10 independent pipelines. It can be used with vacuum pump and vacuum bag to vacuumize the glass in the kettle. It is suitable for the synthesis of bent glass and realizes one machine with multiple functions.
9.2. Each vacuum pipeline includes
A. 1/2-inch internal thread connection
B. External manual straight-through valves, a total of 10, stainless steel structure. (need to be prepared by the user)
C. Stainless steel pipe: 1/2 inch. (need to be prepared by the user)
10. Control system
10.1 The PLC system all adopts Siemens, and the touch screen is Kunlun Tongtai.
10.2 Proprietary control software: TPC control software, to ensure that temperature and pressure, pressure and other temperature control processes are realized during the process of temperature and pressure increase, so as to ensure that the temperature and pressure are synchronized according to the set process curve, and in the process of constant temperature and constant pressure Automatic supplementary temperature and supplementary pressure control. In addition, it can realize functional requirements such as data exchange, data output, storage of process parameters, call of process parameters, over-temperature and over-pressure alarm, etc.
10.3. It can be controlled remotely, with 1 Ethernet port.
11. Appearance color
The standard color of the glass autoclave is "deep sea blue". If users have special requirements, color cards and schemes can be provided.
