Equipment features：

1. The base of the double edger is welded by a square tube structure.

2. The adjustment width is servo motor drive, with precision ball screw and linear guide, the speed is 15m/min.

3. The conveyor uses timing belt, and the upper belt is made of soft PU glue, which can process LOW-E coated glass.

4. The conveying glass is synchronously controlled by double servo motor, and the maximum conveying speed is 15m/min.

5. The grinding head motor adopts the combined structure of CDQC and Siemens.

6. The lower chamfering motor adopts the upper method to prevent the motor from burning after entering the water.

7. The crude grinding motors adopt a rotational speed of 2850 rpm and grinding speed range of 1-8m/min.

8. Part of the sheet metal is made of stainless steel, and some sheet metal is treated with powder coated.

9. All the pallet components are designed with automatic refueling.

10. Each double edger is equipped with an automatic centering support beam mechanism.

11. The upper timing belt has a brush self-cleaning function.

12. Pressing lifting height can reach 100mm,easy maintainer and replace wheels.

13. The L-type transferring table uses V-type belt drive mechanism,less noise and stable working.
