1.01 Section:
01 low-e coating detection uses Japanese Omron optical fiber sensor, which can be applied to different LOW-E glass, and the data can be changed at any time according to the film depth of LOW-E glass of different manufacturers.
2.02 Section:
● The overall material of the 02 washing & drying section is an industrial plate stainless steel shell, and the brush bearing base is a stainless steel base. The brush bearing is a self-aligning bearing with long service life and high precision.
●The 02 section brushes are available in soft and hard brush materials, and is equipped with a special coated LOW-E brush. Three hard brushes are in the back and 3 soft brushes are in front.
●Section 02, three pairs of six brushes, powered by six independent motors, the link method is coupling, and other manufacturers use belt transmission. Compared with belt transmission, it prevents belt slippage.
●The 02-stage cleaning machine adopts a 6-bristle water purification spray system, two-stage cleaning, and there is a stainless steel water baffle in the cleaning chamber to prevent cross-contamination of the brush rotating water flow.
●The conveying rubber roller of the 02 washing machine adopts acid and alkali resistant rubber roller, which can automatically adjust the spacing according to different thickness of glass.
●The 02 drying zone (air knife room) is equipped with a water mist separation device to eliminate the possibility of floating water mist (oil molecules) when the glass passes

●Section 02 adopts the German Bystronic technology air knife, the air knife distance can be adjusted freely according to the thickness of the glass. Equipped with high-power high-pressure fan (sound-proof box fan)
3. 03 Section
●The 03 section of the conveying part is with two conveying motors. The 03 section can store two pieces of glass at the same time. The equipment program will automatically default to large pieces of glass. The two switch automatically and efficiently. It can automatically identify large and small glass and improve the processing capacity of the production line.
●The back plate of each transmission section of the IG line adopts a double-sided polyurethane resin coated high-strength plate, which has strong anti-corrosion performance and good flatness.
●Each conveying part of the IG line adopts the buffer stop function to avoid the collision of the glass and the equipment positioning, and reduce the wear of the glass to the conveying wheel.
4. 04 Section
●The appearance of section 04 is made of aluminum profiles. The guide rod adopts special aluminum alloy profiles, which is convenient to adjust; the appearance is beautiful and equipped with LED inspection lamps.
●Section 04 is equipped with an aluminum frame positioning mechanism, equipped with a
spring positioning device and an aluminum frame positioning ruler, which can be applied to the adjustment of different thickness of glass and the depth of sealant.
5. 05 Section
●The 05 section combining mechanism is controlled by a servo motor with stable operation and high precision; equipped with an automatic glass thickness measurement device, which can freely switch between automatic measurement and manual measurement, which is more suitable for the requirements of current deep processing manufacturers and overcomes the original hydraulic/cylinder control The front panel is unstable in advance and retreat.
●Section 05 can process double-layer, triple-layer insulating glass, quadruple insulating glass, and louver insulating glass
●The 05 section assembling does not require manual assistance, ensuring operational safety and efficiency.
6.06 Section
●The 06 section plate pressing is a servo motor controlled synchronous belt pressing, linear guide rail, ball screw, which can realize automatic pressing, without inputting the thickness of the glass, with its own thickness measurement function.
●Synchronous pressing of the private server fully guarantees the parallel pressing of the two boards. For the processing of different sizes of insulating glass, it is equipped with pressing torque function, pressure holding time can also be adjusted according to the size of the glass.
●The 06-segment plate pressing and pressing control system is equipped with a national standard/non-standard aluminum bar selection function, and the user can select the pressing function according to the consumable standard.
● In the production of double-layer insulating glass, the 06 section plate can be used to gas filling inside of the plate. The gas filling method is the downfill method, which is fast and high in concentration. The maximum size of inflation is 3000×3000mm。
●The 06-segment plate pressure automatically detects the length and height of the glass, automatically adjusts the optimal inflatable space, and saves air consumption.
●The 06 section is controlled by a servo motor, and the tablet press is four-axis servo linkage, which has the functions of combining, pressing and gas filling.
●The 06 section plate pressure suction cup is equipped with SMC logic valve, which reduces the consumption of air source and ensures that the glass is firmly adsorbed and does not sag.
Electric control system:
●The equipment is controlled by German Siemens PLC and digital input control system. The equipment runs stably and the equipment design is more user-friendly; it has a high degree of automation and easy operation.
●It adopts a human-machine interface touch screen, automatic manual and convenient conversion, and has a single-stage operation function, which can accurately display the operation and fault conditions of the equipment, and is convenient for maintenance.
●The aviation plug connection method has strong anti-interference, which is convenient for the installation and maintenance of the equipment.
