1.Product Features:
● With 4 sets of automatic camera positioning devices (CCD), it can solve the problem of uneven chamfering caused by diagonal deviation and size deviation caused by edge grinding, and ensure automatic correction within the error range.
● Equipped with 4 sets of chamfering machine grinding head motors, for glass below 12MM, the motor can be equipped with 3 wheels (only 2 wheels can be installed for glass above 12MM). Each set of grinding heads is composed of three sets of servos, and the entire solution including transmission is composed of 17 sets of servos.
● The suspension structure is selected, and the screw guide rails are all on the top of the machine, which has good waterproof effect and extends the service life of the screw guide rails.
● Windows system, simple operation. The system has a data saving function, which is convenient for workers to use in daily life.
● The processing accuracy can reach about 10 wires! Chamfering the C angle forms two safety fillets at the same time, and the size of the safety angle can be selected. The 4 corners to be chamfered are different. Just enter the size of each R angle separately, and you can chamfer them at one time.
● Elastic polishing system + automatic polishing compensation system solves the problems of dull chamfering and white edges in the industry.
The elastic polishing system is our company's core patent. During the chamfering process, the polishing wheel is automatically repaired by calculating the coordinates, which does not affect the processing efficiency (the first single-head machine in 2014 has this function).
2. Efficiency reference:
● R1-R3: about 4-5 pieces/minute (grinding one knife) R3-R10: about 3-4 pieces/minute (grinding two knives)
● R10-R30: about 2.5-3.5 pieces/minute (grinding three knives) R30-R50: about 2-3 pieces/minute (grinding three knives)
The above speeds are for reference only. The efficiency is related to the matching of the double-sided machine, the sharpness of the diamond wheel, the grinding speed, and the chamfering quality requirements.
