Working principle:
Loading table: Automatically extract the original glass from the glass rack, turn it over to the horizontal table, and automatically transport it to the edger or other processing workbench.
Unloading table: Automatically senses to receive the glass delivered from the edger or other processing workbench, absorbs and flips the transport, and releases it to the glass shelf.

Main Features:
1.Adopts 3 bridges and 4 sets wheel structure. Each set of wheels can process up & down arris chamfering, bottom edge grinding and Low-E film removal at once. The processing speed is up to 40m/min.
2.Originate air cylinder type probe for positioning instead of contacting glass type to solve the problem of resetting parameter as the replacement of damaged probe, highly improve the lifetime of probe and make operation & maintain more convenient
3.Imported CNC servo system drive, transmission part adopts silicone roller for sync transmission, additionally polyurethane press wheel for up & polyurethane leaning wheel for side to make glass deliver more stable, more accurate position and more reliable grinding.
4.Glass width size adjustment adopts gear rack & gear reducer & servo motors for drive, equipped with straight guide, speed up to 60M/Min, automatic size adjustment, repositioning accurately.

7. The transmission mode is 3-mode helical belt frequency conversion speed regulation, features: low noise and low load.
8. The driving mode of the brush is independently driven by the upper and lower brushes, driven by the imported SPA belt, and the brush motor adopts the gear motor motor. Features: large torque, and the brush will not be stuck due to frequency conversion.
9. The whole machine is controlled by PLC. The contactor adopts Schneider Electric, and the electric cabinet is installed above the machine, which is safer and does not occupy space.
10. All the screws of the whole machine are made of stainless steel screws.
